By finalizing your booking, you explicitly agree to adhere to all House Rules, Check-In and Check-Out Instructions, Check-In and Check-Out times, and the Hot Tub Liability Waiver outlined below. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund and the forfeiture of your security deposit. Scheduling and Stay Information: Check-In Time: 400 PM. A key code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check in. Check Out Time 1100 AM. Unapproved early check-ins or late check-outs will incur an automatic fee of 50 dollars per hour. Damage Upon Arrival: Any damage noted upon your arrival must be reported within 4 hours. General House Rules: Kindly be nice and respectful during your stay. Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Quiet Hours 1000 PM to 800 AM. Please respect our neighbors. Events You can host events for an additional fee of 150 dollars for cleaning, along with a 500-dollar refundable deposit. Illegal Activities: No illegal activities or illicit drugs will be tolerated on the property. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. A $ 250 deep-cleaning fee applies to violations. Pets: Pets are allowed with a $50 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Food and Drink: Please refrain from bringing food or drinks into the bedrooms. Outdoor Grill: Available to guests. Please clean the grill after use. Property Damage Policy: General Damage. Any damage to the property will lead to additional charges based on the cost of repairs. Accidental Damage: If any damage is caused during your stay, please report it immediately. We understand that accidents happen and will work with you to resolve all damages to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Hot Tub Liability Waiver and Release. Use of the hot tub is entirely at your own risk. By finalizing this booking, children under 12 are strictly prohibited from using the hot tub without constant, direct adult supervision. Health and Safety: Pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular issues, or those under the influence of alcohol or medication should consult a doctor before use. Max Capacity: Do not exceed the hot tub's maximum occupancy limit. Hygiene and Care: Guests must shower before entering. Do not add soaps, oils, bubble baths, or foreign substances to the water. Glass Policy: No glass containers are permitted near or in the hot tub. Use plastic cups only. Cover The hot tub cover must be replaced and securely strapped down whenever the tub is not in use to maintain temperature and safety. Release of Liability The property owners and managers assume no liability for injuries, illnesses, including skin rashes or infections, or accidents resulting from the use or misuse of the hot tub. Check Out Instructions: Before your 11:00 AM departure, please complete the following tasks. Please leave the home in an orderly fashion; there is no need to clean, as the cleaning fee covers it. Trash: Gather all trash and place it in the outdoor bins. Dishes: Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle. Lights and Appliances: Ensure all lights, televisions, and small appliances are turned off.
